1. Service Agreement

These terms govern your use of Tehastustu's contract security and compliance services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• You warrant that content uploaded complies with applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and documentation provided by Tehastustu remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tehastustu is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

5. Data Protection & GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. Your data is encrypted and protected. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted within 60 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in Kiel courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
